Roy's greenhouse - the gopher wire goes in.

Well, the gopher wire is in and is resisting Roy's attempts to make it lay flat.  As I mentioned before, we have a big problem with gophers in our yard.  The wire is Roy's sign that he means business - no gophers in the new greenhouse - or rabbits either for that matter.

It took Roy quite a while to get the gopher wire under control.  Here he's working to move the base of the greenhouse so it's over the wire and helping to hold it in place.  It was stiff and hard to work with.

Now we know what those water filled bottles were for.  They do a good job of holding things in place. The next step is to fill it in with gravel.  The gravel is to discourage weeds, and to let water from the  greenhouse go back into the soil.

Then we'll have to wait a bit until Roy's friend Ray can come over and help him put the rest of it up.
